Helpful Hints on Your Deadlift

“Your deadlift is foundational to many other lifting exercises. As in all lifts, form becomes critical so that you can maximize your efforts and lift safely. Here’s a video that gives some basic pointers on correct setup and execution form for deadlifts. Mark Rippetoe, who is coaching at a clinic in this short video, is referenced widely by many for his work on technique on power and Olympic lifts.
